Come to our Kindergarten Playground Meetup!
Calling all Kindergarten families! Join us at our Kindergarten only playground meetup on the Skillin playground on Sunday, September 8 from 11-1 and meet other Kindergarten families. It’s a great way to get excited about school, meet your student’s new classmates, and connect with other families.

We’d love to have your help! Please complete our quick Volunteer Interest Form so we can reach out with opportunities. Even just doing one thing is a huge help, many hands make light work.
If you’d like to volunteer during the school day you also need to take 2 additional steps:
Each Year: Submit a Volunteer Application with the school district
One Time: Complete a district led Volunteer Training online or in person

Would you like to take on a special project?
We’re still planning for the year, but there are a few special areas that need help this year:
Ice Cream Social Lead —help plan our ice cream social that takes place alongside open house in the Fall
Family Nights Leads—coordinate planning for our community building fall or spring family fun nights
Playground Project Lead—help create a plan for continued improvements to the playground and outside space
Learning Gardens Lead—create a plan for and tend to the Learning Gardens
Grant Writing Lead—research and apply for grants to increase funding for the PTA and Skillin
Marketing—help with social media or updating SkillinSchoolPTA.com
