It’s No-Frills Fundraiser Time!
Our NEW No-Frills Fundraiser is a direct donation fundraiser, so there’s no pressure to sell items to family, coworkers, and neighbors, or buy things you don’t need. Just simply donate and you’re done!
All money raised October 4-31 goes toward funding field trips and enrichment for all students!
It’s simple - It’s just one donation in your preferred form of payment (online or check)
It’s fast - It takes less than a minute to write a check or donate online
It all goes back to the school - 100% of the money goes to directly to Skillin
If we reach our fundraising goal of $5,000, the WHOLE SCHOOL will be treated to a pajama day with popcorn!
The PTA Needs You: Become a Classroom Helper!
Each classroom has a group of parents who work in partnership with the Teacher to assist with classroom needs.
Volunteer as often or as little as you’d like, our teachers appreciate every bit of help!
To volunteer in the school you must complete these three steps:
Submit an ANNUAL BACKGROUND CHECK
Complete VOLUNTEER TRAINING ONLINE
Complete an ANNUAL SKILLIN VOLUNTEER FORM

Want to show your Skillin pride? Check out our awesome selection of shirts, hats, hoodies and more! All proceeds go directly back to the Skillin School PTA.
Select “Pickup” as your shipping method and all items will be shipped for FREE to Skillin and sent home with your student
Popcorn Friday is This Friday!
The PTA will be popping in the Skillin Lobby all day and delivering popcorn to every classroom and aftercare.
We provide this treat at NO COST to the students thanks to donations from our generous community.
October Popcorn Friday is fully funded and sponsored by Full of Beans Daycare in South Portland!
