It’s No-Frills Fundraiser Time!
Thank you for your support of the fall No Frills fundraising campaign so far! A huge thanks to the 29 donors from our community and beyond who have donated $2,100 so far, meaning we are almost halfway to our $5,000 goal! That's incredible!
Don't worry—there’s still time to donate! Any amount you can give helps us get closer to our goal and a pajama and popcorn day for ALL students.
Donations help the PTA provide enrichment, field trips, and enhancements to our school community like the newly painted blacktop and a GaGa pit that will be installed soon!
Donate by October 31, at GiveButter or send a check made out to Skillin School PTA to school with your student.
Panera Fundraiser this Thursday!
Join the Skillin School PTA for a fundraiser this Thursday, October 19th from 4-8pm at Panera at 343 Gorham Road. 20% of sales will go directly to the PTA!

Help Out at the Fall Clean Up Next Friday
The Fall Clean Up is a day when the Skillin community comes together to take care of our school grounds.
Each grade level will time outside on Friday, October 27th raking, weeding, sweeping, planting bulbs, and painting garden rocks.
There are 2 ways you can help:
Lend us your gardening tools (rakes, brooms, spades, wheelbarrows). Tools can be left next to the sheds at the rear gym entrance, located across from the playground the morning of 10/27. Make sure everything is labeled with your name.
Volunteer for as little or as long as you’d like, sign up to help with a specific activity and specific grade
Have you had a background check this year? If not, please fill out the Volunteer Application
Have you had a Volunteer Training since 2014? If not, visit the Volunteer Training Site
Volunteers Needed: Family Game Night
We will be hosting our second annual Family Game Night in the Skillin Gym on November 17th. The entire Skillin community and all families are invited for a night of games and treats.
This event was lots of fun last year, and we need your help to make it a success this year! Donate cupcakes, help set up, run an activity, or help with clean up. Many hands make light work.
